We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our small and recently formed Marketing team. The opportunity will provide the successful candidate to work directly with various stakeholders across the firm, proactively generating and leading initiatives. Job purpose

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing & Business Development in the delivery of tactical marketing campaigns to market the firm’s services and support the growth of the business. These will include, but not be limited to:

Social media and digital

  • Day-to-day design, creation and posting of social media content across LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
  • Social media planning in conjunction with divisional ‘social media champions’ and PR consultant.
  • Tracking and reporting on activity.
  • Day-to-day company website content creation, including uploading onto the CMS platform (WordPress).

Communications

  • Contributing to internal communications including posting regular updates on company notice board, Staff Circle, and co-ordination and creation of quarterly in-house magazine, ‘It’s a Rap’.
  • Support in building knowledge-based campaigns to clients.
  • Liaise with PR consultant to capture key themes.

Collateral

  • Supporting in the design and creation of marketing collateral including capability statements, research papers, display materials, signage and branded items.
  • Working with the business to regularly create case studies and appropriately update team members CVs.
  • Gap analysis to drive the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date collateral to support all areas of the business.

Events

  • Planning, creation and management of events including, but not limited to, invitation list management, invitation design, badge creation, on-site delivery and post-event reporting to maximise attendance and engagement.
  • Supporting in the delivery of annual company away day.
  • Maintenance of internal events calendar.

Generally

  • Monitoring and regular reporting on marketing activities.
  • Maintenance of libraries – CV, track record, collateral.
  • Monitor new starters/leavers – co-ordinate photography and CV creation, undertake appropriate website amendments, work with PR consultant for relevant external announcements and undertake relevant internal communications.
  • Awards submissions – identification of opportunities and management of submissions.
  • Proactively generating ideas and initiatives to support the firm’s growth strategy.
  • Provide support to Head of Marketing & BD across any wider marketing activities as required.

Person specification

  • Excellent people skills – ability to develop strong relationships across all levels to enable collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of SEO and social media planning.
  • Proficient in web editing (WordPress CMS), Abode Creative Cloud apps (particularly InDesign), Canva and email marketing software.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative and lead on projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
  • Flexibility to travel (within the UK) where required.
