Rapleys wins two places on Pagabo’s professional services and premises framework after another successful year for Building Consultancy

Strategic property consultancy Rapleys has been appointed to two frameworks by Pagabo in the latest business win for the Building Consultancy Division which continues to go from strength to strength.

The Professional Services in Construction and Premises Framework 2024 was tendered competitively by Pagabo and Rapleys was appointed onto the Building Surveyor lot for South West & Wales, London & South East and Northern Ireland regions, and to the Stock Condition Surveys lot across all UK regions.

The Housing Consultancy team was launched two years ago and has already become a market leader under Martin Gladwin, further underpinned by this latest success while Building Surveying, led by Simon Harbour is also a key growth area for the business.
