Following an internal audit of future strategy, Pendragon elected to close this site and Rapleys were instructed to market it on a leasehold basis for existing use.
Following extensive interest we were able to secure favourable terms from HPL Motors to use the site as a used car supermarket.
We were able to minimise our client’s void period and secure a sub-tenant to the end of our client’s head lease.
