As a trusted partner, Rapleys are appointed to manage the end-to-end disconnection and re-energisation of The Arch Co’s property portfolio – including several high-profile and revenue-generating business units.

This critical service involves a detailed understanding of the Change of Tenancy (CoT) process, and the specific disconnection and re-energisation procedures required by each utility supplier.

These are often complex, time-consuming and potentially costly tasks for the client to navigate alone.
