The project

Our client was seeking to dispose of their interest in a strategically located petrol filling station to the east of Cambridge city centre, allowing them to release capital for reinvestment elsewhere. The site, comprising a 0.77 acre freehold plot, includes a purpose-built ‘BP’ branded petrol filling station with EV charging facilities and an M&S Simply Food convenience store.

Positioned prominently on the eastbound carriageway of the A1303, the site attracted strong interest from national operators and investors. The disposal was completed in Q3 2024 and achieved a price ahead of asking.
