The project
Change of use of B8 storage building to create padel tennis centre (6no. courts; changing facilities; shop and refreshment area). Established provider looking to tap into the North Wales coast regeneration and tourism area. Rapleys role was to manage the planning application (working with architects and the site owners) and secure full planning permission.
The site/building is owned by another Rapleys client and has been recently refurbished and reconfigured to accommodate a wide range of industrial and commercial uses.

“Rapleys are pleased to have secured planning permission on behalf of Court de Padel at Prestatyn Business Park. This was a team effort with D2 Architects, the site owners and with strong collaboration with the local planning authority.
The Court de Padel proposals will return long vacant commercial buildings to active use, will provide high quality indoor padel tennis facilities to Prestatyn and represent a significant regeneration boost for the town”.
