Joining as a graduate surveyor in 2021, having previously completed an industry placement with Aston Rose in 2018/19, Tom works in the property and asset management team and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor via the APC.
Tom carries out day-to-day client relationship activities and property management with responsibilities ranging from service charge management and lease advisory to client reporting and contractor management.
