On behalf of Hutchings & Harding Ltd, we were instructed to market their existing site in Sawston, Cambridge, which had become surplus to operational requirements. We were instructed to seek unconditional offers on the historic 2.5 acre site.
Our solution

- Ensured that measured surveys were undertaken for the listed buildings
- Openly marketed the property and undertook in excess of 30 viewings
- Successfully sold the site unconditionally in July 2022 to a local Cambridge property company
