Steer Automotive appointed Rapleys to complete the technical due diligence on the property portfolio in connection with the acquisition of Gemini Accident Repair Centres.
The portfolio consisted of 38 accident repair centres located throughout the United Kingdom, as far north as Leeds and as far south as Redruth.

The unique structure of the Rapleys Building Surveying team enabled the quick mobilisation of surveyors from all regional offices, managed under one central point of contact for the client.
All properties were inspected, and reports issued within a two-week window.
The due diligence process allowed Steer Automotive to de-risk the acquisition by providing clarity on the condition of the portfolio.
