Rapleys have also been commissioned for additional dilapidations liability assessments on other property’s within the Client’s portfolio.

The survey was completed and report produced within 5 working days. This report allows the tenant to understand the likely financial contribution expected at lease expiry, as well as understanding statutory duties, enabling forward planning.
