The project
Rapleys Retail team are fully retained to acquire sites for this international gym operator assisting with their UK rollout strategy since 2024.
BFT are Australia’s fastest-growing fitness franchise, as it accelerates its UK expansion. With over 300 studios globally and a further 100 planned by the end of the year, BFT has already established a UK presence with sites in Battersea, Leicester, Hackney and Croydon, and plans to open three additional studios by the end of 2025.
Rapleys’ remit is to secure strategically located sites across London, targeting highly visible high street units, mixed-use developments, and railway archways. Sites of 1,600–3,500 sq. ft with a minimum ceiling height of 3m and Class E planning use are being prioritised.
