Fully retained since 2018 to dispose of surplus land & letting of vacant properties as part of Sainsbury’s non-operational portfolio.
This includes surplus car parking as well as large stores that have now been vacated, as well as associated retail in and around Sainsbury’s larger stores.
Our solution
- In 2020 we disposed of 5 large format former Sainsbury’s to a number of different purchasers who were looking to redevelop
- We have disposed of a number of surplus plots of land and car parks that are no longer required.
- We have re-let over 80 associated retail units to complimentary occupiers that have significantly reduced liability and generated additional rental income.
