On behalf of London Borough of Barnet and following the undertaking of wider portfolio feasibility studies, we identified the Dolman Close Mortuary site as a surplus requirement. We were instructed to seek unconditional offers for this exciting development opportunity in the affluent Borough of Barnet.
Our solution
- Undertook a feasibility study for the site in May 2020
- Complex 0.59 acre site
- Openly marketed the property and undertook in excess of 20 viewings
- Successfully sold the site unconditionally in March 2021 to Pocket Living for the comprehensive redevelopment.
