The project

Rapleys was approached by the North Hertfordshire Methodist Circuit to provide advice on the value and marketing recommendations for the St Paul’s Methodist Church in Stevenage.

This property had the potential for community uses in addition to remaining in use as a church, based on its location within a residential neighbourhood close to a local retail centre with community services.

The team worked closely with the client to understand their own procedures and reasons behind the requirement to sell, to ensure that best value was achieved.
