Rapleys was appointed to draw up and issue a Terminal Schedule of dilapidations for two office units within 3 Gough Square.
Our solution
We inspected the property and then calculated and issued our terminal schedule of dilapidations to the Tenant. We then managed to negotiate a settlement figure of £29,500, which the client was very happy with. The client had indicated that they sought a swift settlement due to their intentions with the property. We achieved this quick settlement for the client on their behalf.
