Guy Davies

Guy joined Rapleys as an Associate in July 2018, gaining promotion to Senior Associate in May 2019, to add to the ever growing London Building Consultancy team. He is now an Associate Partner.

Guy has worked for a varied mix of London West End surveying firms namely Bollingbrook, Keningtons and most recently Hartnell Taylor Cook. This has given Guy a well rounded experience of working across a number of sectors and for different client types, from pension fund investors, private individuals and national retailers to public sector, charities and major unions.

Guy’s main expertise lies in project and contract work to commercial buildings, mainly offices and historic buildings in and around London, as well as extensive professional works such as dilapidations, surveys, schedules of conditions and defect diagnosis instructions to name a few.
