Tom Greening

Tom joined Rapleys in 2023 as an Associate Building Surveyor, following five years at CBRE. He has experience of working on a range of surveying services across the office, industrial, retail and automotive sectors.

Tom specialises in preparing and negotiating dilapidations claims, managing external repair and refurbishment projects, advising on planned preventative maintenance and providing technical due diligence advice.

He has achieved great results for a variety of landlord and tenant clients on recent dilapidations instructions and also has vast experience of assessing clients’ dilapidations liabilities, and advising on strategies prior to lease expiries to ensure suitable provisioning and best possible outcomes are achieved. Tom prides himself on his quality of work and proactive communication with clients.
