We marketed the site and sold it to a local car dealership group for car storage. Sold for £3M

We were asked to market this freehold asset as the client was closing down all their UK holdings. The land is let to Sky TV and used as a staff car park. Sky’s lease is due to end in 2026.
The planning designation of this land is Metropolitan grey belt so any further changes of use or development are very restricted.
This transaction shows the value of open land, especially in strategic locations.
