The project
Rapleys was parachuted in because board approval had expired on the previous deal. The building of the commercial element formed the S106 condition for the rest of the site, therefore a suitable occupier was required asap.
We used our market knowledge to approach specific end users and obtained best offers. We secured East of England Co-operative as a tenant enabling the development to continue in compliance with planning conditions.

- Negotiated the transaction through the legal process resulting in exchange and agreement to lease subject to PC of the completed store in March 2023
