- Detailed review of occupier costs including benchmarking based on location and property specification, alongside initiative-taking engagement with landlords and agents resulting in an annual saving of circa £3m
- Full review of leases and occupier liabilities, identifying and controlling statutory obligations for both landlord and occupier, minimising corporate risk
- Implementation of a cyclical robust process to review all the above on an on-going basis.
