Due to a change in business circumstances, our client was looking to dispose of a purpose-built car dealership located on twin sites within a popular commercial area of Norwich.
The site was held on the remainder of a lease and our client wanted to minimise their potential liability on the location.

- We agreed the deal with another car supermarket operator to avoid the need for planning consent
- A number of difficult points relating to the existing agreements on the site were successfully negotiated
- The deal was completed in just over 3 months from the marketing board being erected
