Rapleys was appointed by a dental client to undertake a Feasibility Study to help inform the possible relocation and formation of a new 12 surgery dental practice.
Having worked with the client to develop the initial brief and using our extensive knowledge of dental practice fit out and design, we developed an initial concept design.
Following our site inspection, we were able to report back to the client with any specific issues with the proposed building and hurdles that would need to be overcome in order to achieve the desired outcome.
We produced a detailed budget estimate to give the client a full understanding of the cost to achieve the proposed fit out.
By undertaking a detailed feasibility study, the client was able to ensure that the project was viable at a very early stage within their relocation program. Having visibility at the inception of the project also assisted the client in obtaining funding for the works.
