The Arch Company is the UK’s largest small business landlord with circa 5200 properties throughout the United Kingdom. The properties include railway arches, business estates, former station buildings and residential dwellings.
Rapleys provides a full suite of building consultancy services to The Arch Company including dilapidation, schedules of condition, planned preventative maintenance / lifecycle costings, feasibility studies and design and contract administration and principle designer services. Rapleys have also been involved in Neighbourly Matters and advised on disputes.
