Full conversion and additional mass from a multi-storey commercial property into a new 4-star, 435 room Riu Hotel near Victoria Station.
The client required Party Wall services in relation to two adjacent properties to facilitate the refurbishment.

- Full Party Wall services including serving Party Wall notice, undertaking schedule of condition and critically agreeing the required Party Wall Awards.
- Advice and consultation with the Design Team to overcome complex technical queries regarding the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
