The project
Rushden had potential for a new branch in the town for Kwik Fit. We agreed terms on a subject to planning basis. Our building surveying team inspected and produced a schedule of condition. Additionally, roof leaks identified during inspection were dealt with.
Rapleys planning team submitted a planning application for change of use. The application was difficult due to perceived issues with noise generation, however through our expertise we were able to circumnavigate the problem and a planning consent was granted
