Rapleys appointed to six lots on ESPO’s Estates Management Professional Services Framework (2700) as its public sector focus sees further success
21st Jul 2026
Strategic property consultancy Rapleys has been appointed to six lots across England and Wales as part of ESPO’s Estates Management Professional Services Framework (2700).
Rapleys won its position on the coveted framework for General Valuation, Commercial Agency, Lease Management, Property and Estate Management, Strategic Asset Management and Development Services, and Planning.
It is the latest in a series of public sector successes for Rapleys, following the award of places on other high-profile frameworks, including the Crown Commercial Services (CCS), Homes England and Fusion 21, amongst others. Rapleys is also appointed as advisor to a number of local Authorities and Borough Councils across the UK and has grown its public sector instructions by 50% in the last 12 months alone.
Jonathan Bernstein, Partner and Head of Public Sector for Rapleys, said: “The strength and breadth of the services we provide is underpinned by this appointment across six wide ranging lots. Over the last two years we have invested in growing our capabilities in the public sector and bringing experts from across our four divisions – Building Consultancy, Commercial, Planning and Residential – together to deliver exemplary advice to Local Authorities, public organisations and other Government funded services and agencies. This investment has been successful with a number of places on leading public sector frameworks alongside instructions for several London Borough Councils and regional authorities. We look forward to working in partnership to deliver value to the public purse.”
