Boots Fragrance launches in the City with deal agreed by Rapleys

London, UK September 2025 – Boots has taken its first ever store for its new standalone Boots Fragrance concept. Strategic property consultancy Rapleys sourced and advised on the 1900 sq ft unit, at Broadgate Central in the City. The store will open in Autumn 2025 and house over 400 luxury and niche fragrances, including more than 20 new brands and several UK exclusives.
Boots is launching the concept in response to a surging UK consumer demand with the perfume industry outgrowing the wider economy by four times, which stands to reach £2bn in the UK by 2029.

Dan Kent, Head of Retail at Rapleys, said: “Boots is leading the way in combining online and physical store presence. Broadgate Central is the perfect location for the new concept, with City workers able to drop in and huge passing footfall from commuters via Liverpool Street Station. We look forward to working with Boots on further projects as they continue to innovate and roll out the concept in the future.”
Rapleys has been growing its retail team with the addition of a team of six from Avison Young earlier this year and has won new work with Sainsburys, fast growing Australian fitness brand BFT, Stansted Airport and The University of Sheffield amongst others.
