Rapleys make key promotions as it focuses on strategic growth across the business

Strategic property consultancy Rapleys has made a series of promotions across the business, including senior divisional moves as it continues its growth strategy.
The promotions include a number of ‘head of’ roles including Simon Harbour who becomes National Head of Building Consultancy and Daniel Cook as Head of Commercial, two of the business’s four key divisions (the other two being Planning and Residential).
Further senior promotions include James Porter as National Head of Building Surveying and Jason Mound as National Head of Projects, in addition to his ongoing leadership of the Land Development Project Management service. Chris Perrotton has been appointed Director of Operations while continuing his responsibilities as Head of People and Culture.
Three people were promoted to Associate Partner including Victoria Bennion and Annie Taylor in Planning and Jamie Miller in Residential, whilst Jack Hussey in Building Consultancy and Alex Ashby in Planning both become Associates, Harrison Berkhauer-Smith becomes Senior Surveyor and Bella Spilsbury becomes People Advisor.
These follow a recent number of other appointments including Natasha Bray as Head of Neighbourly Matters, Pippa Harrison as Head of Hospitality, and Donna Whitlam as Deputy Head of Housing Consultancy.
