Rapleys hires Tom Spencer as Head of Residential Development Agency and launches new ‘Rapleys Living’ department as the business continues to grow and innovate

UK, 22 May 2023 – Property consultancy Rapleys has launched a new residential team spearheaded by Residential Partner Angus Irvine. The team – ‘Rapleys Living’ will sit in the Residential Division, recently made into one of four key service offers in the organisation – and will encompass all residential agency functions including residential development agency (land acquisitions and disposals), senior living (care and retirement), student and co-living and Build to Rent (both Multifamily and Single Family Housing).
The residential development agency service, previously led by Angus before he took on his expanded new role, will now be headed up by Tom Spencer, who joins Rapleys from Savills, where he was Development Director.
Tom is a specialist in residential, mixed-use and infrastructure related development across the South-East and in addition to Savills has also worked for a plc housebuilder and held general practice surveying roles within both the residential and commercial sectors.
