Rapleys named as supplier on three lots of Crown Commercial Service’s new RM6343 Estate Management 2 Framework
28th Jan 2026
As published 27 January 2026 – Rapleys has been named as a supplier on three lots of Crown Commercial Service’s RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework. It is the first time that the strategic property consultancy has been successful following investment into the growth of its public sector services.
The three lots to which the business has been appointed are Lot 3: Agency and Lease Management, Lot 4: Surveying and Strategic Advice and Lot 5: Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Orders, demonstrating its breadth of experience and capability across a range of services.
Rapleys has been investing in its public sector services in recent years, which has accelerated with the appointment of Jonathan Bernstein as Partner and Head of Public Sector in early 2024 as part of its strategic growth plan.
In the last 12 months, the team has worked with several London Boroughs and local authorities across the country, educational institutions, and blue light organisations across all four core national Divisions (Building Consultancy, Commercial, Planning and Residential), covering a variety of sectors from housing to retail. It has also brought in more specialists to lead services such as Health & Safety and Retrofitting in recognition of its clients’ growing requirements.
Justin Tuckwell, Managing Partner at Rapleys, commented: “We are delighted that our strategic growth plans in public sector services are paying off. Being named as a supplier on the new Estate Management Services 2 is a testament to the multi-disciplinary teams we have assembled. Winning a place on three lots is great news and reflects this hard work and direction, as well as CCS’ commitment to supporting SMEs on the framework. We look forward to working with an expanded network of clients now available to us.”
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
